At Ethnasia®, we want you to be completely in love with your unique fashion pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Ethnasia® packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
